A4500 VA5 Pro
Vibration Analyser for Professionals
Explore the most powerful Vibration Analyzer on the market – the A4500 VA5 Pro is the newest member in the Adash product range; comes with touchscreen and large display – complete with the Data Collector, Run-up Analyser, Balancer, Recorder, Stethoscope, FASIT, Lubri, Bump Test, Octave Analyser, Ultrasound, Camera, Pictures Gallery and Thermal Imaging modules.
This 24-bit 120 dB instrument can be set to measure up to frequency span of 90 kHz and with 3,276,800 lines resolution. It can record up to 20 hours at 64kHz sample rate make it ideal for post analysis of any machinery fault.
The instrument is equipped with an expert system that automatically detects machinery defects and the ACMT – low speed bearing analysis; both developed by Adash.
The instrument can perform simultaneous data acquisition with 4 channels AC (vibration), 4 channels DC (process values) and tachometer using the optional BNC breakout box.
Use multitasking tool in order to analyse your machinery. Analyse your data on site and enjoy the big screen size for playing with variable cursors, bearing fault frequencies indication and FFTs in cascade. Touchscreen and keyboard is at your service whenever you need it.

Comparison of Acquisition Time – Adash and Conventional Analyser
Data Acquisition Time
The VA4 Pro analyser with built-in high speed chips approach the job with much more advanced concept. For every individual Parameter created in the instrument memory; the internal virtual analyser will set the instrument to store the single input signal into DSP board and perform required data acquisition internally; it means that the total required time is not equal the sum of all individual times, but it is equal the time required for the single longest parameter – base on previous example – it will be only 8 seconds.
That means – with the triaxial sensors, the VA4 Pro can collect all the parameters in 3 axes for only 8 seconds against the 96 seconds required of a single channel analyser to measure in 3 axes!
This 12 times* in time saving means that there is no time lag and phase angle between the first and last measured parameter as they are using the same input signal, this also especially important to provide simultaneous results in 3 axes during trouble-shooting mode.
Note:
12 times in time saving when compared against conventional instrument using single sensor, 4 times in time saving when compared against conventional instrument using a triaxial sensor
The larger number of parameter utilised in the instrument, the higher is the percentage in time saving.
